It monitors patient’s adherence to drug therapies in daily practice, clinical trials, or research settings.

This collaborative solution can be used by different authorized healthcare professionals or investigators to collect and to analyze adherence data from multiple sites.

It is a secure and cloud-based data platform composed of different modules that deliver on-demand results.

MEMS adherence software schema

The MEMS® adherence software processes patient data using predefined and validated algorithms to show a comprehensive picture of patients’ adherence based on the dosing history from the MEMS® packages.

The dosing history data is securely transferred and stored on AARDEX servers using end-to-end encryption. Data storage is secured by continuous backups and data replication.

AARDEX is ISO certified,  compatible with the HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), FDA 21 CFR, Part 11 and regularly audited by pharmaceutical companies.

MEMS® Connect allows to collect adherence data from different smart packages, smart devices, sensors or apps developed by AARDEX as well as partners. 

MEMS® Connect normalizes all this data and stores it in the MEMS adherence software database. 

MEMS® Connect ensures  the connectivity with a wide range of leading software and the compliance with protocols used in clinical trials:

  • Electronic Data Capture system (EDC system), 
  • Interactive Response Technology system (IRT system),
  • Third party applications such as as APPS dedicated to patient empowerment
  • Specific protocols (e.g. CDISC) .

MEMS® Connect is also interfacing with leading software and protocols (e.g. FHIR, HP7) used in the health sector.

MEMS Mobile logo

This module of the MEMS® adherence software is specifically developed for NFC-compatible smartphones or tablets. Using this module, smartphones or tablets can easily download adherence data from the MEMS® hardware and securely transfer them to the MEMS® adherence software.

MEMS® Mobile integrates some of the MEMS® View functionalities presenting a comprehensive view of individual patients’ adherence behavior.
