Consistent production of high quality products is a leading priority of AARDEX. With a failure rate below 0.5%, the MEMS monitor is an extremely reliable product that has been successfully used in a wide variety of conditions, some of them extreme as described in the >518 peer-reviewed papers published on MEMS monitors. Whereas our products are primary used for capsules and tablets, several studies have been successfully run with liquids or creams too, confirming the truthworthiness of the MEMS monitors.
We run different series of tests that guarantee the quality of the MEMS monitors. These tests cover, among others: water-resistance, temperature resistance (from 0°C to 60°C), shock resistance, child resistance, battery life, and long term (1 year) daily use, to ensure correct recording of openings and closings of the closure of the MEMS monitor.
Our CE-marked products have successfully passed the Electromagnetic Compatibility Tests run by Montena, a test laboratory accredited by metas, the Swiss Federal Office of Metrology and Accreditation.
Our Child-Resistant MEMS monitors comply with the Consumer Product Safety Commission's (CPSC) current protocol and standards for senior-resecuring effectiveness as per the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 16, part 1700. These tests have been run for us by Perritt Laboratories, Hightstown, NJ, USA.
