AARDEX online solutions (medAmigo^®) retrieve and exchange dosing history data between the healthcare provider and the patient. Our on-line solutions allow you to transfer data from the MEMS^® monitor through the internet or a phone connection to dedicated servers. The data are stored on centralized, secured servers and can be viewed anytime and anywhere by an authorized caregiver. The installation is simple and permits multi-site management. Automated procedures produce results and notifications in various forms (PDF report, Fax, SMS…).

AARDEX stores and centralizes all dosing history data in an encrypted format while ensuring full protection of privacy.

For the medAmigo service, the physician in charge of the patient and selected healthcare providers can directly access dosing history data through a dedicated secured portal. Such electronic records stored in a highly secured environment ensure improved medical decision-making and quality of care in long term pharmacotherapy.

The electronic and information technology aspects of MEMS monitoring are 21 CFR, Part 11 compatible, and the data management meets all applicable HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) standards.
